In the Spring of 2023, KuanFen led Channel Islands Chamber Orchestra, CSU Channel Islands University Chorus, Santa Paula High School Cardinal Concert Choir, Rancho Campana High School Concert Choir, Ventura High School Chorale, and the Pleasant Valley School District Chorus in a concert of Jubilate Deo by Dan Forrest, Baby Yetu by Christopher Tin, and a world premiere of Odesa Overture by Bevan Manson.
